Werewolf's Way is a modern day fantasy involving supernatural species (shifters and magical beings) living in human secrecy. There is a caste system involving the shifters, with the dragon shifters holding authority as the most powerful.

The reason why I quit so early was because I couldn't really get into the author's writing style. It was reminiscent of Amber Kell, which didn't work for me. There was a lot of things "suddenly" happening, and I couldn't feel drawn into this modern day fantasy. I think this is a "me" problem as opposed to the author, so I wouldn't discourage anyone from giving this a try. Perhaps be cautious and read a sample before going ahead with the purchase.
